Ancient tantric wisdom meets modern inscience

Yoga Nidra: Gateway to Deep Healing

A 6-week immersion for yogis and teachers seeking to guide profound rest and transformation

Mondays and Wednesdays | 7:00pm-8:00pm | February 16- March 25

In a world that glorifies constant doing, Yoga Nidra offers radical permission to simply be. This is not ordinary relaxation—it's a tantric technology for accessing deep layers of consciousness, releasing stored tension, and planting seeds of transformation in the fertile ground of the unconscious mind.

This course is for dedicated spiritual seekers who recognize that true healing happens when we learn to rest consciously, to meet ourselves completely, and to access the wisdom that emerges only in stillness.

What You'll Learn

The Tantric Foundations Explore Yoga Nidra through the lens of tantric philosophy, understanding it as a non-dual practice that embraces all of experience. Learn how this approach honors the body as a sacred vessel and consciousness as both witness and participant in healing.

The Architecture of Deep Rest Master the classical structure of Yoga Nidra—from initial relaxation through rotation of consciousness, breath awareness, opposite sensations, visualization, and sankalpa. Understand the intention behind each stage and how they work together to facilitate profound restoration.

The Healing Mechanism Discover how Yoga Nidra works with the koshas (energetic sheaths), regulates the nervous system through the parasympathetic response, and creates conditions for the body's innate intelligence to restore balance. Explore the neuroscience behind brainwave states, the role of the prefrontal cortex in deep relaxation, and how conscious rest affects stress hormones and cellular healing. Learn to recognize and work with different healing needs in yourself and your students.

The Art of Guiding Develop your voice, pacing, and presence as a Yoga Nidra facilitator. Practice crafting language that is clear, spacious, and evocative. Learn to hold space for others' experiences without attachment to outcome.

Sankalpa as Seed Understand the power of sankalpa—the heartfelt intention planted in the receptive state of Yoga Nidra. Learn how to work with sankalpa as a tantric practice of aligning with one's deepest truth.

Personal Practice Integration Establish your own Yoga Nidra practice as foundation for teaching. Experience the practice from the inside out, allowing your own healing to inform your capacity to guide others.
